Yes. There are many courses offered by IIT Madras which don't require JEE scores such as B.Sc Data Science (online), M.Sc., M.Tech., M.Phil., Ph.D., and other postgraduate programs. There are some courses which do not require JEE but have a qualifier process before applying.
