SSC provides good educational atmosphere for students and it's faculties are too good. Alumnis like our Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has graduated from this prestigious college.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
There's one hostel for the outdoor students near the college. The food quality in our college is good and the price is reasonable too. Each classroom is filled with 4-5 air conditioners and smart boards.

You've to score above 80% to get into this college. After getting your marks,you need to visit the official website of the college and apply for the course you're interested in.
Academics and Faculty
According to my course,my timings were very suitable and the method of teaching is good too. All the facilities are very helpful. The college follows the CU curriculum.

According to me,the fees was reasonable for my course. There's a scholarship option for students which can be availed shortly after the admission.
Clubs and Associations
There are various societies and educational clubs for the students. Shrijan is the most awaited college fest. And college life is good over-all.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : You must have +2 degree from a recognized board. You need to check the college website in order to get informed about the admission form. The admission generally takes place in the month of May. There is no entrance for this course. The candidates are selected on the merit basis. The admission is done on the first come first basis. The cutoffs are 80% for the morning session and 60% for the evening session.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The college has a really nice location near to metro station. It has a good administration and one of the best girl colleges in the city. The teachers are very friendly and professional. They are very strict about discipline and number of functions are held throughout the year including annual fest SRIJAN. I have learnt a lot and given many opportunities to showcase my talent.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Admission procedure is students have to create an id in the college website and enter there details and marks then wait for the merit list and there is no such entrance exam, admission is according to the merit list for B.com the cutoff is 85% and above for the morning batch and 80% and above for the evening batch.
