Placements and Internships
We get offers from companies like TCS, Mercedez, Amazon, Ericsson, Samsung and many more companies for different profiles. We also get core companies of all the branches. The stipend for internship varies from INR 10000 to INR 30000.
The offer is divided into three categories regular, dream and super dream. CTC for the regular offer (mass placement) varies from INR 2lakhs to INR 3.5lakhs, For dream: INR 4 lakhs to 10 lakhs, For super dream: 11lakhs to 15lakhs as wee.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
Students have to clear VITEEE entrance exam which has no negative marking. Depending upon the performance you're given ranks and called for counseling. Syllabus for VITEE is same as what we were studied in 11th and 12th. Approximately 250-300 students are taken for each branch namely CSE, EEE, ECE, ECM, Mechanical, and CIVIL.
Academics and Faculty
Academics in VIT Chennai is in line with digital classrooms. Teachers also encourage us to write research papers. Almost all teachers have phD qualifications from reputed institutes.
Fees and Scholarships
Fee structure differs for each of them based upon the ranks. This fee is exclusive of hostel fees.
Clubs and Associations
We have various clubs for dance, music, dramatics, literature and much more that are functioning simultaneously with our academics.

The admission procedure is that the student must write the VITEEE exam and without which there is no admission for the student.
