Steps to Download the CA Foundation Declaration Form 2023

• Step-1: Go to the official website of ICAIs.
• Step-2: Search and click on “Register Now” and create your account profile. A candidate will have to submit certain details such as date of birth, email id, registration number, mobile number while registering online.
  The Login credential will be forwarded to the given email address after account generation.
• Step-3: Use the credentials to fill out the application form. After completing the required details, click on the “Save and Proceed” button to create the profile.
  The next step is to enter the proper details and first click on “validate the details” followed by clicking on “select details”.
• Step-4: Upload the documents required and scan the photograph in jpeg format of 100 kb size. Right after uploading all the necessities, check on “Review” to evaluate the details entered.
• Step-5: On the screen, the fee amount will be displayed according to the preferred exam centre. Enter the Captcha generated below by default and click on the “Make Payment” button to pay the fees.
  The payment can be done using Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, and other net banking. On successful payment, the confirmation page would appear on the screen.
