The Orange Tulip Scholarship (OTS) invites Indian students to study in the Netherlands. Several Netherland academic institutions, in coordination with Nuffic Neso India, provide the orange tulip scholarship programme. The selected students will receive up to a 100% waiver on their tuition fee. In addition, students applying to the orange tulip scholarship 2023 will get an opportunity to choose from varied courses offered in Netherland universities.
The orange tulip scholarship programme organises events like pre-departure briefings and studies in holland fairs to prepare them for the scholars to live in the Netherlands. They also have an NL alumni network consisting of international alumni, interns, students, Dutch academic institutions, organisations and embassies. The scholars can share information and make contacts through the alumni network.The last date to apply for the Orange Tulip scholarship's study programs is generally April 1st, 2023.

The decisions made by Nuffic Neso India regarding the orange tulip scholarship programme are final and binding. The terms and conditions of the scholarship are as follows:
- The applicants should attach the orange tulip scholarship documents in the email while applying for the orange tulip scholarship programme. The size of the total attachment should not exceed 20 MB.
- The organisers have the right to reject incomplete applications.
