Larsen & Toubro Limited is one of the largest construction organisations in the world. They have initiated the L&T Build India scholarship as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme. L&T Build India scholarship aims to uplift deserving students by allowing them to pursue a postgraduate degree in construction technology and management at India's elite institutions. Larsen & Toubro Limited has launched the L&T Build India scholarship for deserving students pursuing final-year engineering. 

The L and T scholarship 2023 will bear the education expenses, offer them work opportunities, and provide a monthly stipend. The duration of the programme is for two years. The last date to apply for the L&T Build India scholarship is February 28, 2023.

• The candidates should be in the final year of Bachelor of Engineering [BE] or Bachelor of Technology [BTech].
• Engineering graduates expected to pass-out in 2023 from an Indian recognised university or institute can apply to the L&T build India scholarship. 
• Only the candidates specialised in core civil engineering or core electrical engineering can apply to the L&T build India scholarship.
• They should have secured a minimum of 70% or a 7.0 GPA (out of 10) in their BE or BTech course.
• The candidates should have a knack for constructing landmark buildings.

L&T Build India Scholarship Rewards

The L&T scholarship 2023 is a 24 month sponsored programme. The benefits of L and T build India scholarship 2023 are:

• The L&T build India scholarship candidates will pursue a full-time MTech degree in construction and management.
• They will pursue the postgraduate degree at one of the following institutes:
• IIT Madras
• IIT Delhi
• NIT Surathkal
• NIT Trichy
• The L&T build India scholarship will cover the entire course fee.

Note: The company will directly disburse the course fee to the respective IITs/NITs.

• The candidates will receive a monthly stipend of INR 13,400 until completing the L&T build India scholarship programme. 
• The candidates will be a part of the live projects conducted at L&T project sites.
• The alumni of L and T BIS 2023 will guide and mentor the selected candidates during the programme.
• After the candidates complete the L&T build scholarship 2023, L&T construction Limited will employ them in the company's roll.

A panel consisting of IIT experts, NIT and BIS L&T 2023 will select the candidates. The selection process of L&T to build India scholarship 2023 involves various stages. They are:

1. The candidates should take part in the L&T BIS exam 2023. The exam is an online subject and an aptitude test. 
2. The qualified students from the written L&T BIS exam 2023 should attend an interview. The L&T limited in collaboration with the IIT Madras or Delhi, and the NIT Surathkal or Trichy will conduct the selection interview.
3. The shortlisted candidates should clear the medical fitness round.
4. The selected candidates from the final round will receive the benefits of the L&T build India scholarship.
