Mississippi State University (MSU) is a renowned public land grant research university that was founded in 1878 and is based in the eastern part of north-central Mississippi Starkville, Mississippi in the US. More than 175 programmes are offered by Mississippi State University for bachelors, master and doctorate in 14 master's degrees in 69 programs and doctoral degrees in 44 programs. More than 20,000 students are enrolled in the university which 18,803 are undergraduate students and 20.7% are African-Americans.
