Registration Details for NMAT 2024

As a primary step, candidates are required to register NMAT 2024. Further, candidates must know the details and other requirements of NMAT registration. The registration process is as follows:

1. Visit the NMAT's official website and enter a valid email address and open an account. 
2. Now, enter the specific information such as personal details, contact number, educational and job experience (if any), a list of programmes for which a score will be sent, and a ID proof that will be used for identification on the day of the exam.
3. Candidates must double-check that the name and date of birth on their NMAT registration form match the photo ID. 
4. Candidates must now select the schools to which their scores will be registered in the "School Preference" section. Additionally, candidates can select upto five programmes. If an applicant selects more than five programmes, they have to pay Rs 200 plus relevant taxes for each programme they select.
5. Candidates must attach a photograph while registering for the NMAT. Candidates have to carry the same photograph to the exam centre or online proctor that appears on their admit card
6. Further, candidates have the option to choose the NMAT 2024 exam mode, they can take the exam in a test centre or at home with a proctor.
7. After paying the NMAT registration fee, candidates have to wait for 24 hours for the processing. Post that candidates can select their NMAT exam slot.

NMAT Proctored Online Test at Home

Candidates who cannot commute to the exam centre can avail the benefit of applying for the exam from their home. Although, there are certains rules that need to be followed. They are as follows:

1. In case a candidate chooses "Online Proctored Test at Home," they must first complete the My Profile section before booking an NMAT 2024 online proctored appointment. 
2. Candidates must take a photograph of their photo ID with their smartphone, camera, or even a webcam according to their preference when filling out the “My Profile area”. 
3. Candidates are suggested to save the picture.
4. Now, through your PC, upload the photograph to the examity scheduling system.
5. Candidates must choose to answer three security questions from a list of options.
6. While the authentication procedure takes place, the system may ask any one of these security questions. 
7. Candidates must submit their complete name while booking a slot for the NMAT 2024 online proctored mode. 
8. Make sure no spaces or sudden capital letters appear in the names you type.
9. Candidates can download their admit card after paying the NMAT 2024 cost and selecting the exam mode.

NMAT 2024 Exam Rescheduling

In the event of an emergency, NMAT organising authority can reschedule the exam. Candidates have the facility to reschedule their NMAT exam date within the entire testing period if they are unable to present in NMAT on the initial self-scheduled day.

Furthermore, candidates can reschedule their NMAT exam 2024 up to 72 hours before their scheduled exam time. Rescheduling the NMAT on the exact day of the allotted date is not possible.
