Major changes in the question patterns have been included in the revised CBSE class 12th blueprint 2024-25. According to the new exam pattern, the competency-based questions increased from 40% to 50% whereas the number of constructed response questions and MCQs decreased from 40% to 30%.
The CBSE 12th board examination 2025 is scheduled to be conducted from February 15, 2025, with the total marks assigned for each paper being 100 marks, divided into 70 marks for theory and 30 marks for practicals and internal evaluation. For non-practical subjects, 80 marks are assigned for the theory papers and 20 marks for project works.
