The DCECE 2023 application process is done online on the official website of the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB). - The first step is to start the registration process. The candidate needs to first select the course group (PE in this case) and then enter a valid email id and mobile number. - Fill out the application form, which has sections like personal and communication details.
