- The applicant must be an Indian National.
- Candidates must have passed class 12th or HSC Examination with Physics, Chemistry, English, and Mathematics/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subjects.

Candidates have to meet the below-given eligibility criteria to appear for the MHT CET 2025 exam for Pharmacy courses:
Maharashtra State Candidature
- Candidates should be Indian nationals.
- The applicant must have completed class 12th with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subject.

All MHT CET 2025 papers except the Mathematics paper will be available in Marathi, Urdu, and English.
Weightage: Approximately 20% weightage will be given to the Class 11 curriculum, and 80% weightage will be given to the Class 12 curriculum while setting the question paper. It means that out of 50 questions, 10 will be from Class 11, and 40 will be from Class 12.
Pharmacy: The candidate must appear for Paper I (Mathematics), Paper II (Physics and Chemistry), and Paper III (Biology).
Engineering Candidates: The candidate must appear for both Paper 1 (Mathematics) and Paper 2 (Physics and Chemistry).
Marking: Each answer with the correct response shall be awarded one (1) mark for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. For Mathematics, each correct answer will be awarded 2 marks.
Division of Questions: In each section, 10 questions will be based on class 11's syllabus. The rest 40 will be based on the syllabus of class 12.
No Alteration of Marked Answer: Candidates must be sure of the answer before darkening the appropriate circle in MHT CET 2025, as no change in the answer once marked is allowed.

MHT CET Counselling 2025
MHT CET counselling 2025 round 3 seat allotment result was announced on Sep 5, 2025. Students must report to the allotted institutions between Sep 6 - Sep 9, 2025. The CAP schedule for the MHT CET 2025 exam will be released for courses like BE/ B.Tech, once the merit list is out. The MHT CET counselling 2025 process under CAP will tentatively begin by mid-July 2025.
MHT CET 2025 counselling will take place in three stages: Registration, Document Verification and Seat Allotment. Following registration, the CET Cell issued a merit list of all registered candidates based on their MHT CET score and class 12 results. Candidates whose names appear on the merit list are further asked to select colleges and courses. The MHT CET seat allotment will be done in three rounds based on their rank/position in the MHT CET merit list.
Candidates selected for the MHT CET Counselling 2025 process will be informed via a notification on their registered email address or mobile number. Candidates who qualify for MHT CET must attend the counselling process conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research for Health Sciences and Pharmacy courses. For Engineering courses, the board has a different body.
At the time of counselling, candidates are required to produce several documents for verification. Go through the following section to keep these documents handy during counselling. After the seat allotment of MHT CET 2025, candidates must submit the fee at their respective colleges to get admission. If a candidate fails to do that, their admission may get cancelled.

A: The MHT CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) is a state-level entrance examination conducted by the Government of Maharashtra's State Common Entrance Test Cell for admission to numerous undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including engineering, law, pharmacy and more.
