Steps for the Counselling Process:
- The candidate must register online on the official MHT CET counselling website by providing personal and academic details.
- Then they should go for the document verification which requires important documents like the MHT CET scoreboard, HSC mark sheet, category certificate (if applicable), etc.
- Once the documents are verified candidates can fill in their preferences for colleges and courses available.
- After all the processes the seats are allotted to the candidates based on various factors like the availability of seat preferences etc.
- Then the candidate can choose the college they want to be admitted to and then pay the required fees to confirm the seat in the particular college.
- After that, the candidate must fulfil all the required formalities at the required college to finalize their admission.

- A candidate will only get admission to the college of their preference if they meet the cutoff requirements of that college.
- A candidate should have secured the required cutoff of a particular Government Engineering college to be granted admission there.
