WBJEE 2025 Selection Process
WBJEE 2025 selection process includes a few significant stages that each candidate must follow thoroughly. The first stage is the release of the notification, which shall mark the beginning of the application process.
WBJEE 2025 notification shall contain important information that the candidates must read carefully before filling out the application. They must fulfil all the required eligibility criteria, and then proceed to fill out the application form.
The WBJEE application form must be filled out very carefully, and the candidates must upload all the required documents and pay the fees. The process must be completed online.
After the successful completion of the application form, the candidates must then download the WBJEE 2025 admit card. Candidates must download the admit card before the last date.

WBJEE admit card 2025 is an important document that contains all the spot details, without which the candidate cannot enter the exam hall. On the exam date, candidates must carry a government ID proof such as a voter ID, PAN card, aadhar card, driver's license, passport, and admit card.
If there are any discrepancies in the candidate's particulars or their photograph and signatures on the admit card and confirmation page, the candidate may immediately approach the authority.

WBJEE 2025 Exam Centers
The WBJEE 2025 will be conducted in 48 major cities in the state of West Bengal and 2 centres in other states such as Tripura and Assam. The exam authority will release the WBJEE exam centre 2025 list on the official website. Candidates can select three exam centres during the registration process.
Some of the exam centres are Malda, Garbett, Kukatpally, Kharagpur, Medinipur, Haldia, Contai, Tamluk, Tambaram, North Kolkata, South Kolkata, Central Kolkata, Jalpaiguri, Srirampur, Burdawan, etc. The two other centres in other States are Silchar in the state of Assam and Agartala in the state of Tripura.
WBJEE 2025 Exam Day Guidelines
Students are required to strictly follow the WBJEE2025 Exam Day Guidelines as mentioned below:
- Candidates are required to be present at the WBJEE Main exam centre 2025 at least 20 minutes in advance. Under no circumstances will any candidate be allowed to enter the exam hall post the commencement of the test.
- Candidate's details in the Admit Card will be as according to those mentioned in the WBJEE Main application form 2025 and the board will not be responsible for any error on the part of the aspirant.
- Candidates are expected to use the blue/black ballpoint pen as provided by the board. The use of any other writing instrument will lead to the disqualification of candidature.
- Candidates are required to carry the Admit Card and a government-valid ID proof to the test location for verification. Aadhar Card/PAN card/Driver's license/ Passport/Voter ID/School ID Card will be accepted.
- Candidates are also required to carry a passport-size colour photograph of themselves to the test location.
- No electronic gadgets including, but not limited to mobile phones, wrist watch and calculators are permitted in the exam hall
- Any case of impersonation will be dealt with very seriously. Candidature will be immediately cancelled and the impersonator will be handed over to the police for criminal prosecution.
Students are required to make note of these guidelines and adhere to them very strictly.

WBJEE 2025 Results
WBJEE 2025 results will be published by Jun 2025. The exam authority will activate the direct link to download the rank cards on the official website.
The scorecard or the rank card of the WBJEE 2025 exam will contain the marks obtained by the student in the WBJEE 2025 exam result. After qualifying for the exam, candidates will be invited for the WBJEE 2025 counselling.

WBJEE 2025 Counselling
WBJEE 2025 counselling registration will begin by Jul 2025 for various courses. Candidates who qualify for the WBJEE cut off 2025 will be able to participate in the counselling process.

WBJEE 2025 Form Correction Window
The conducting authority provided a WBJEE 2025 application form correction window from Feb 25 to Feb 27, 2025. Registered candidates could typically edit some important details that they had entered in their application form. However, candidates must note that some details cannot be edited. The details that cannot be changed are as follows:
- Name of the Candidate
- Name of the Parents
- Date of Birth
- Gender

- Fill Online Application Form: After the login credentials have been sent to the candidates, they can fill out the online application form by entering details such as examination, personal, academic, contact, and parents/guardians.
- Upload of Documents: The candidates must upload a scanned copy of the recently taken passport-size photograph and signature. The documents must be according to the size given as per the instructions.
- Payment of Registration Fee: The payment of the WBJEE 2025 fees is an online process. The registration fee of INR 700 should be paid by the candidate's net banking/ debit card/ credit card/ Paytm.

WBJEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates willing to apply for WBJEE 2025 for admissions in Engineering, Pharmacy, and Architecture or other courses must fulfil the criteria of eligibility set by WBJEEB. Candidates must fulfil the below-mentioned required WBJEE Eligibility criteria:
- Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination from a recognized Board of Education or any recognized institution.
- Applicants must be citizens of India and should be residents of West Bengal.
- Candidates must be above 17 years of age by Dec 31, 2025.
- Candidates belonging to the General category should have secured a minimum of 45% of marks. In the case of SC/ ST/ OBC-A /OBC-B / PwD and other reserved category candidates, they should have secured a minimum of 40% of marks.
- They should have passed the English subject with a minimum of 30% marks.
- Candidates applying for the B.Tech programs should have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and any of the subjects among Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Computer Application, or any vocational subjects. They should have scored 45% aggregate in the 3 subjects as mentioned, and reserved category candidates should have scored 40%. The qualifying exam has to be recognized by the Central Government of India or the state government.
- Aspirants who are seeking admission to the Marine Engineering course have to be above 17 years old and 25 years old. Candidates not falling in the given age range will not be considered for admission.
