Step 1: WBJEE Counselling 2024 Online Registration
- To begin the counselling, you have to first register online for the same. Go to the official website of the WBJEE Board.

- You have to provide the necessary details now. The details you are entering should match the ones you have provided while filling out the application form.
- The details to be provided includes your academic and personal information.
Step 4: WBJEE 2024 Counselling Seat Allotment
- Your rank and choice of course and institute seat will be allotted to you, considering that the said seat is available. If a seat is not available then you have to choose the one from the available seats. Below is the sample image of seat allocation.
Step 5: Document Verification
Mandatory: Once a seat is allocated to you, you now have to go through the document verification to authenticate your qualifications. The mandatory WBJEE Counselling documents (originals) you should carry for WBJEE Counselling 2024 are as follows:

- 10th Marksheet as a proof of date of birth,

WBJEE 2024 Counselling Schedule for JEE Main Candidates
The university conducts a separate round of WBJEE counselling through JEE Main for the candidates applying for admission. WBJEE Counselling 2024 procedure is the same for the candidates who qualified for JEE Main 2024.
Candidates have to register and fill in the choices of the colleges within the WBJEE counselling date 2024. The seat allotment is also done based on the candidates' marks in the JEE Main exam 2024.
WBJEE 2024 Counselling - Round 2
Candidates who decided to upgrade in the first round are considered for the second round of WBJEE 2024 seat allotment. However, applicants who are given their first choice during the WBJEE 2024 counselling Round 1 are not considered for upgradation.
Candidates who choose to upgrade and accept admission based on their allotment must report to the RC during the second round of admissions. They would be able to modify their upgradation status from "Yes" to "No" during the second round of WBJEE seat allocation 2024, but not from "No" to "Yes".

- Only Qualified students: The counselling process requires applicants to be qualified for WBJEE 2024 or JEE Main 2024 examination.

WBJEE counselling 2024: Guidelines and Rules For JEE Main and Architecture Seats
- West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board will conduct a centralized process online for WBJEE 2024 counselling for JEE Main and architecture seats.
- WBJEE counselling 2024 will only be held for certain courses that will be mentioned in the seat matrix published by the WBJEEB.

WBJEE 2024 Counselling Reporting Centres
Once the seat allotment process is completed, candidates have to report to WBJEE counselling 2024 centre with all the documents within the specified dates. At the reporting centre, the documents of the candidates will be verified by the authorities.
