TS EAMCET counselling 2025 dates will soon be released by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTUH), Hyderabad. The counselling is likely to begin in July 2025 on the official website. Only candidates who will be able to qualify for the TS EAMCET cutoff 2025 will be eligible to participate in the counselling process.
The TS EAMCET 2025 exam will be conducted from May 02 to May 05, 2025 for engineering courses and Apr 29 to Apr 30, 2025 for Medical and Agriculture courses. Candidates must ensure that they are aware of the TS EAMCET counselling 2025 process.

- Eligibility: Only qualifying candidates can participate in the TS EAMCET counselling process.
- Procedure: The TS EAMCET 2025 counselling will be based on the merit ranks and the scores of the candidates in the qualifying exams.
- Analysis: As per the TS EAMCET counselling 2025 procedure, 75% weightage will be given to the marks secured in the exam, and 25% weightage will be given to the marks secured in the subjects - Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in the qualifying exam.
TS EAMCET Counselling 2025 Procedure
There are various stages involved in the TS EAPCET 2025 counselling process. Candidates must follow the TS EAMCET 2025 counselling procedure given below:
Step 1: Processing Fee Payment
- To participate in TS EAMCET counselling 2025, candidates must visit the helpline centres according to their ranks for registration and pay the requisite processing fee.
- To pay the fees, candidates must log in using their class XII exam hall ticket number, the registration number of TS EAMCET, and their date of birth.
- The fee payment must be online (credit card/ debit card/ net banking). Without paying the processing fee, candidates cannot register for certificate verification.

Step 2: Verification of Documents
- Candidates must bring their documents for verification after fee payment.
- They must report for verification according to their ranks in TS EAPCET.
- During verification, the candidates' Aadhaar details (fingerprint biometric) will be verified with UIDAI at the helpline centres. Therefore, all candidates must be physically present at the time of verification.

Step 3: Choice Filling
- Candidates must fill in their choice of colleges and courses in the order of their preference in the TS EAPCET 2025 counselling process.
- For the choice filling, candidates must register and choose from the displayed options in the order of their preferred colleges and courses for admissions.
- The order of preference should be from higher to lower, and candidates can choose as many options as they wish.
- After all the options are selected, candidates must print out the selected options for future reference.
Step 4: Allotment of Seats
- TSCHE conducts the TS EAMCET 2025 seat allotment online based on candidates' choices, merit, category, local area, special reservation category, and more.
- The allotment status will be informed to candidates via SMS to their registered mobile number and available online.
- To access the allotment order, candidates must submit their ROC form number, TS EAMCET hall ticket number, password, and date of birth.
Step 5: Payment of Tuition Fees and Self-Reporting
Candidates must pay the tuition fee as mentioned in the provisional allotment order online (credit card/ debit card/ net banking) and take the admission number to confirm the provisionally allotted seat.
In case, Tuition Fee is Displayed as Zero, follow the below-mentioned steps:
- Suppose candidates are shown the tuition fees to be paid as zero during the payment. In that case, they must log in and use the self-reporting system to accept the allotted seat.
- Self-reporting means that candidates must accept the allotted seat by submitting original documents at the allotted institute.
- By accepting this option, candidates will also participate in further rounds of TS EAPCET counselling while keeping the seat allotted.
- After clicking "Accept my Joining", the joining report and the admission number will be generated. The printout of the joining report will have to be submitted to the allotted college along with the allotment letter.
If the case, the Tuition Fee is not Displayed Zero, follow these steps:
- If the tuition fees to be paid by the candidates are not shown as zero, then they must pay the fee online.
- After payment, they must click on "Self Reporting System" and "Accept my Joining".
- The candidates' joining report and admission number will be generated, which must be submitted at the respective college along with the allotted letter.
Reporting to the College: The seat allotted to a candidate without submitting the original certificates/ documents must be reported to the reporting college immediately.
Participating in Subsequent TS EAMCET Counselling 2025 Rounds: Candidates who have not yet participated in previous TS EAMCET counselling can participate as fresh candidates by attending certificate verification at one of the HLCs (Help Line Centers).
Seat Withdrawal: At the end of TS EAMCET Counselling 2025, if a candidate still wants to cancel/ withdraw the allotted seat, they can do it before the stipulated date for cut-off by approaching the Convener in person.
TS EAMCET Counselling: Saving Seat Allotment
Candidates can alternatively save their provisionally allotted seats in the TS EAMCET counselling 2025 by following either of the options mentioned below:
- Applicants can pay the fees for admission and report to the college as allotted online in the TS EAMCET 2025 counselling.
- Candidates can report to the college allotted provisionally and be excused from paying the minimum fee.
- However, the fee will be refunded if the candidate reports to the allotted college after the special round of TS EAMCET counselling is conducted. If the candidate withdraws from the special round allotted college, they will be required to pay the tuition fee for the first year.
- The authorities have mentioned that all candidates except the SC/ ST category who are exempted from the tuition fee must deposit INR 10,000 to save a seat in the TS EAMCET counselling.

Documents Required for TS EAMCET 2025 Counselling
The following are documents required for the TS EAPCET 2025 counselling process:

- 6th standard to Inter Study Certificates
- Transfer Certificate (T.C)
- Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-cum-Pass Certificate
- Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2018, if applicable.
- Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority, if applicable.
- Residence certificate of either of parents in Telangana for 10 years in case of Non-Local candidates.
- Physically Challenged (PH) / Children of Armed Personnel (CAP) / NCC/Sports / Minority certificate if applicable.
- Residence certificate in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education.
Documents Required by PH/ CAP/ NCC/ Sports/ Minority Candidates
The applicants who belong to PH/ CAP/ NCC/ Sports/ other minorities participating in the TS EAMCET counselling must bring the documents below:
- PH- certificate issued by District Medical Board. Only candidates with 40% and above disability will be considered eligible.
- CAP- certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer - Identity card and Discharge book (in case of Ex-Servicemen)
- Service Certificate (in case of service members) issued by the Competent Authority for verification.
- NCC & Sports - Original Certificates issued by competent authorities
- Minorities - SSC TC containing Minority Status or Certificate from the headmaster
- Anglo-Indian - Certificate issued by Tahsildar of their place of residence.
Note: The candidates must submit these certificates or documents for verification by the authorities, or else their candidature will not be considered valid.

When there is a tie between two or more candidates in TS EAPCET 2025 results, the following rules will be used to break it:

The following are the TS EAMCET tie-breaking rules used for engineering courses:
- Marks obtained in TS EAMCET 2025.
- Candidates with higher marks in Mathematics will be placed higher on the merit list.
- If the tie persists, the candidate with higher marks in Physics will be placed higher on the merit list.
- If the tie remains following the above two steps, the candidate with high aggregate marks in their qualifying exam will be placed higher on the merit list.
- If none of the above work out, the candidate older in age will be considered.
Tie Breaking Procedure for TS EAMCET 2025 Agriculture Course
The following are the TS EAMCET tie-breaking rules used for agriculture courses:
- Marks obtained in TS EAPCET.
- Candidates with higher marks in Biology will be placed higher on the merit list.
- If the tie persists, the candidate with higher marks in Physics will be placed higher on the merit list.
- If the tie remains following the above two steps, the candidate with high aggregate marks in their qualifying exam will be placed higher on the merit list.
- If none of the above work out, the candidate older in age will be considered.
TS EAMCET 2025 Admission Cancellation
If a candidate intends to cancel their TS EAMCET 2025 admission by withdrawing the seat allotted to them, the following steps will be taken:
- If the seat allotment is done before the first phase of TS EAMCET 2025 counselling or the announcement of the cancellation cut-off date, the entire admission fee paid by the candidate will be refunded.
- Suppose the admission is cancelled after paying the tuition fee. In that case, the university colleges will refund the admission fee, and the private unaided colleges will refund the entire fee.

TS EAMCET 2025 Help Line Centres
Around 38 Help Line Centres (HLC) will be available for document verification and online options entry for the TS EAPCET counselling process 2025. Candidates who intend to get admission to professional courses offered through the exam must be aware of the official updates and the release of official notification by the Competent Authority.
