The state agency authorised to conduct civil service examinations for postings to different Group C and Group D jobs is the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC). The UPSSSC administers numerous examinations throughout the state of Uttar Pradesh. It was established by the terms of the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission Act 2014.
