IISER Merit List 2024
The merit list of qualifying candidates will be released separately for the JEE Advanced, KVPY, and IISER Aptitude Tests. The merit list will be based on the candidate's scores and category. Important points related to admission to Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs) through the IAT Channel have been listed below:
- A separate merit list will be prepared for candidates that qualify the IISER Aptitude Test.
- IAT 2024 was conducted on 17 June 2024.
- The test consisted of a total of 60 questions.
- Each subject (Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics) had 15 questions.
- Fifty percent of the seats at IISERs are reserved for candidates applying through the IISER 2024 aptitude test.
IISER Cutoff 2024

The eligibility criteria candidates must fulfil in order to get admission to IISERs through channels like IISER Aptitude Test (IAT), Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana Exam (KVPY) and Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced have been given in the table below:
