4. Pradip Baijal
Pradip Baijal is an IAS officer and a retired chief of TRAI- Telecom Regulatory Authority of India. In 1999, he was a prominent disinvestment secretary involved in the disinvestment of top companies like Maruti, VSNL, IPCL, and BP.
At the state level, Pradip worked in various senior administrative roles under the Ministry of Finance. Baijal retired as the TRAI chairman in 2006, and after that, he established Noesis Strategic Consulting Company.
