JMI Full Form - Motto, Qualifying Process

JMI full form is Jamia Millia Islamia. It is a centralized university located in New Delhi. The JMI is in the 3rd position based on the NIRF ranking 2022. The students are offered courses in Law, Engineering and Technology, Architecture and Ekistics, Humanities and Languages, Fine Arts, Management Studies, Social Sciences, Commerce, Natural Sciences, Education, Dentistry, and Mass Communication.

Qualifying Process of Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI)

The candidates who are applying to JMI will have to know the qualifying criteria of the university which are listed in the pointers below. 

• The candidates must have at least 55% on their board exams (10th and 12th) before applying to any courses in JMI
• The candidates who are applying for UG courses will have to appear and pass the CUET-UG examination with the stipulated score for each undergraduate course offered in JMI. 
• The candidates must have scored at least 60% in their undergraduate courses to apply for postgraduate courses in JMI.
• The candidates who are applying for the PG courses will have to appear and pass the CUET-PG examination with the course-wise expected scores to get admitted into JMI. 
• There is an interview process for specific professional courses in JMI.
