KUD Semester Passing Criteria
Students enrolled in Karnatak University Dharwad (KUD) must satisfy some criteria to be promoted to the next semester. Given below are the semester passing criteria:
- Candidates must score at least 40% marks in each course including Internal Assessment marks. There are no minimum passing marks for Internal Assessment (IA). However, as mentioned earlier, candidates must secure at least 40% marks in IA and end semester exams to pass.
- If the course has both theory and practical, candidates must pass both papers independently.
- 75% attendance is compulsory for each semester to be eligible for appearing in the end semester examinations.
