The minimum qualification required for candidates, including the NIT Silchar GATE cutoff 2024, is as follows:

• B.Tech/ B.E from a recognized university in the respective specialization for which they are applying, as the course continues the undergraduate program.
• A 60% (6.0 out of 10 scales) aggregate score for general/OBC/EWS category candidates.
