AIIMS Jodhpur MBBS Admission 2024

The AIIMS Jodhpur offers an MBBS course to candidates and it mainly follows a disciplinary structure. The course duration is of four and a half years, followed by a compulsory rotatory internship of one year. The course consists of nine semesters, each semester is of six months.

MBBS Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for MBBS in AIIMS Jodhpur are as follows

  • Candidates should have attained or will attain the age of 17 (seventeen) years as of 31st of December during the year of admission (2024).
  • Candidates should have passed the 12th class under the 10+2 scheme/senior school certificate examination (CBSE) or Intermediate Science (I.Sc.) or an equivalent Examination of a recognized University/Board of any Indian State with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as the subject. 
  • Candidates who have appeared or are appearing at the qualifying Examination with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as the main subject are also eligible to apply and appear in the Competitive Entrance Examination, only if they provide documentary evidence of having passed the qualifying examination with the required subjects and percentage of marks. 
  • If the institute has to consider an examination of an Indian university or of a foreign/university to be equivalent to the 12th class under the 10+2 scheme/intermediate science examination, the candidates shall have to produce a certificate from the concerned Indian university/Association of Indian Universities to the effect that the examination passed by him/her is considered to be equivalent to the 12th class under 10+2 scheme/intermediate science examination.
  • The minimum aggregate marks in English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology obtained in the qualifying examination required for appearing in the entrance examination are 60% for General and OBC candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PWBD candidates.
  • Candidates with CGPA grades only will have to apply the conversion factor in the application form. The conversion factor should be approved by their respective examination.
  • Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) registered under Section 7A of Citizenship Act 1955 & Non-Resident Indians (NRI) are also eligible to appear in this test and all terms and conditions applicable for Indian Nationals will apply to them. The candidate will submit proof of Registration as OCI under Section 7A of Citizenship Act 1955/NRI to be eligible to appear for this test.
  • Foreign candidates nominated by the Government of India are required to have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in the subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in their Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination to be eligible for admission to the M.B.B.S. Course.
  • Foreign Nationals are required to contact the Indian Mission/Post abroad in their country and the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi for nomination. Foreign candidates nominated by the Government of India are "not" required to appear at the Competitive Entrance Examination.

MBBS Selection Process

AIIMS Jodhpur B.Sc Nursing Admission 2024

The AIIMS Jodhpur B.Sc nursing admission 2024 is offered for four years. Along with these four years, a half years followed by a compulsory internship of 6 months for candidates pursuing Bachelor of Science in nursing.

B.Sc Nursing Eligibility Criteria

A candidate is eligible to appear in the Entrance Examination if he/she

  • Is an Indian citizen

Note:

  • Candidates who are to appear in the 12th class examination under the 10+2 system or an equivalent examination in March/April 2024 and whose results are likely to be declared before 30th June, 2024 are also eligible to apply for B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing.
  • Candidates who are due to appear at the qualifying examination, or have already appeared and are awaiting results, can also apply for admission. But such candidates must furnish proof of passing the qualifying examination with the requisite percentage of marks and subjects at the time of counselling failing which their candidature will be cancelled.

B.Sc Nursing Selection Process

AIIMS Jodhpur admits students based on the AIIMS exam Jodhpur conducted by it, which is also limited to the availability of several seats.   • Step 5: The registration fee varies according to the course and category of the candidate. Candidates must pay the registration fee through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.
  • Step 6: Candidates should choose the examination centre. The real-time seat availability will be shown at the time of choosing the exam city.

Note:

  • The details filled in the application form cannot be changed after submission.
  • Admissions to UG and PG programs are done based on past academic performance along with marks scored in the entrance examination. The selection of all the courses is either based on the NEET examination or entrance exams and Interviews conducted by AIIMS.
  • The city of examination once chosen and allotted will not be changed and any request in this regard will not be entertained. Applicants should, therefore, indicate the choice of the city with the utmost care.
  • The conducting authority has the right to cancel or change the Exam Centre if necessary. The candidate has to accept the changes.
  • Candidates have to carry Admit Card along with any Government Id to the Exam Centre on the day of the examination.
