Placements & Internships : The placement cell help with the internships for the industrial training ,but mostly the students arrange internships for themselves by taking help from their seniors and alumini.These are mostly pharma companies and research laboratories
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for the course bachelor of pharmacy in Assam University is that a candidate must have passed his/her higher secondary exams with atleast 50% marks . an entrance exam is taken for the admission process where the questions consists mainky from biology ,mathematics ,physics ,chemistry . The students are selected on the basis of their class 12 percentage ,the marks of the entrance exam and the persenol interview which is taken by the professors of the department itself .
Fees & Scholarships : The fees are taken on yearly basis and for the first year is approx. INR 40,000 and approx 35k for the other three years . there are scholarship for the students and fror these they must look in the nsp portal for more info.
Academics & Faculty : the daily classes mostly start by 9.30 on the days of practical and by 10 am on the other days . The faculty are highly qualified and well experienced. They encourage and inspire the students to give their best and excel in life . The teachers focus mainly on the providing knowledge and help the students in every aspects to grow in their life they use the help of ppts to show pics and explaining the diseases and providing knowledge in depth .
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : hostels are provided by the in the assam university campus and the fees is efficient . there are many PGs and rent available in the nearby area called Irongmara which is in walking distance from the campus . The dept named as 'Sushruta school of medical and paramedical sciences' is ecofriendly with a lot of greenary , and infrastructure is good with different lab for pharmaceutics ,analytical chemistry , HAP, and pharmacognosy . each classrooms constitutes of desk and benches students and a projector is availabe for the teachers and students for better experience in learning wifi facility is provided by the campus and speed is fairly good
Clubs & Associations : there are many clubs formed in the university campus . some of the examples are - the quizz club ,sports club ,debate club ,arts ,dance and music club. many fest are organised in the university campus. some of these are the anual sports week ,tech fest , gs night ,auskriti , and 'GENERIX' which is a departmental fest conducted by the department of pharmaceutical sciences.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility criteria- 12th pass, should belong to science background. Admission procedure through JEE mains. I took JEE HS more than 60%.
Fees & Scholarships : 55700/per annum. Don't know much about the scholarship here 11/100. No, no loan is needed here.
Academics & Faculty : Class timing is from -9am to 5 pm, and regular assignments and projects are given one per month. Very impressive quality of teaching. A balance experience, not so good, not so baad.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Five boys hostel, 6 girls hostel ( quality of food is not good). PGs are great to have. Not so good food. The quality of the classroom is moderate. Labs are in good condition, and wifi is also pretty fast.
Clubs & Associations : Rarely there is any clubs or associations for Sports, culture, and freshers. Having a great time here, but not satisfied with the administration of the college.

Placements & Internships : Normally we new students don't face company's internship programs because a company always hire the students from final year and now we are in the final year, many companies come & hire employees from our campus like ONGC, Airtel, Bislari, BVCL, Top-cem, etc
Entrance Exams & Admissions : Application criteria is, a student must have passed B.com with 50% in honors course & 55% in pass course from a government recognized college, Apart from that student must face a written test of 50 marks which is multiple-choice after that dept takes an interview and select the eligible students
Fees & Scholarships : Assam University, Silchar Fee Structure. Fees of Assam University, Silchar is ₹ 10000. UGC scholarship, Minority scholarship, Ajmal Scholarship etc. Not more no of students get scholarship. No need of loan
Academics & Faculty : Class timing is too much good, examination & assignment process also good but result comes in late, teaching quality of a few teachers is awesome & some of the teachers teaching quality is not so good
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Total hostel no 10 ( boys & girls) and 3 are newly constructing. PG system is average & charge ₹ 5000 PM Food is in average quality Good quality of classroom, library, wifi & infrastructure

Placements & Internships : There is no such campus recruitment. But sometimes happen. Average salary Is Rs. 1.7 lakh per annum and maximum it goes till Rs. 3 lakh per annum.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : To get admission In Assam University, your percentage should be minimum of 60% in PCM. If You give JEE MAIN and you get The cutoff mark. Then you can Apply For B.Tech. One advice from my side, if you don't get the cutoff mark, then just select the college in first presence in spot round. You will surely get a seat.
Fees & Scholarships : Fees Under 60k. Scholarship You Get From Central Government. But They Will Not Inform You. You Need To Find out The Scholarship From Various Source. Yes, Loan Document They Will Provide You. They Will Not Help You Approve The Loan. But I sow My Many Friend Who Got That Easily
Academics & Faculty : Classes are Not Sure That When It Will Start. But Before The Exam Within 2-3, They Can Complete The Syllabus. Exam Dates are Not Soo Good. If You Have Backlog Then You Need To Give 3 Exam In One Day. There Is No Gap In Exam. Quality Of Teaching Is Not Soo Good. They Just Provide PDF and Copy and Say 'Rattamar' (Mug-up). College Is Not So For Fresh Mind. Teacher Always Come And Judge Us On Marks. They Are Not So Friendly. They Always Try To Give Us Impossible Order.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Hostels are Very Less. But If You are From outside Assam, There Has 5% chance you Will Get. But PGs are Better ThenHostel. In Hotel They Charge Rs. 5,100 for 3 Month With Food and In Pg They Charge Rs. 4k per month With Food.
Clubs & Associations : They Have Not such Societies and Club. They are Not So Active. There Has Festive. TechFest, Management Fest, Commerce Fest. Every Department has Own Fest.

Average salary: INR 3-5 lakh per annum.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The candidate is seeking admission to MBA programme at Assam University must be a graduate in any relevant discipline with the minimum of 70% score in CAT and candidate who is not having the CAT, he must qualify in Writing skill assessment test (WSAT) in order to appear for group discussion and personal interview. Candidates duly qualified for being eligible for admission shall have to successfully clear the Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD & PI) conducted by the department by securing a minimum score of 50 % in both the segments. I took Writing Skill Assessment Test (WSAT) to be eligible for admission. Final selection from amongst the eligible candidates will be based on Composite Scores of candidates as decided by their (i) Past academic records [30 % weight]; (ii) CAT 2016 Percentiles, if any [20% weight]; [iii] GD Scores [20% weight]; and (iv) PI Scores [30 % weight]
Fees & Scholarships : Course fee per year: INR 30,000. Scholarships: Post Matric, Merit cum means based, Ishan Uday etc. 45 candidates got the scholarship. No loans are needed for the course because the fee is cheaper.
Academics & Faculty : Class timing: 10 am to 4 pm. Faculties are good enough and cooperative. Latest elaborated and adopted teaching methods. Experience is good enough.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Separate hostels for male and female candidates. Hostel fee: INR 24,000 per annum. PG and other options outside college: Nearby rents and PG are available easily and walkable to the department at the cheaper price range from INR 2500 per month. Foods are good and cost INR 20 to 40 per meal. World class and modern equipped with necessary peripherals classrooms, well-equipped labs, libraries, neat and clean dining halls, Wi-Fi facility and required facilities are available.
Clubs & Associations : Students are all grouped, well mannered polite, discipline within the campus, separate students association. Time to time festivals, annual sports & cultural, tech camps awareness campus are held. Quality of life in AU is awesome.

Average salary package is INR 3 to 4 lakhs per annum and highest salary package is INR 6 lakhs per annum. Around 15% to 20% of students get the scholarship every year. Alumni meeting is conducted every year.

Loans can be availed easily from any banks including UCO and State bank of India branches present in the campus itself.

Clubs & Associations : There are many societies and clubs. University has 35 departments so each department hosts their own fests. Sports week and college week is celebrated every year in February. Life in college is Good.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The student must have passed 10+2 with 60% marks above from CBSE or ICSE board. The entrance exam for B.Pharm is held by this university in June-July. Students need to pass both the written test and personal interview conducted by the respective department.
Fees & Scholarships : The course fee per year is INR 36000-40000. There are many scholarship options like Ishan Uday for North East region, OBC scholarship, sc/st scholarship. Around 20%-30% of the students get scholarship.
Academics & Faculty : Routine is very strict. The quality of teaching is good but not the best.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are 5 boys hostel and 5 girls hostels and its fee is around 2000 INR per month. The PG's for both girls and boys are available. It costs around 4000-5000 INR per month. Food in the campus is good. Quality of the classroom is not good. Labs are OK and we have WiFi on our campus.
Clubs & Associations : Life on the campus is exciting. Various departments organise various fests, seminars. During February social week is conducted where the whole week is concentrated on sports and cultural competitions and events.
