Eligibility criteria for B.Tech:

The candidates can be an India citizen or of any country.
The candidates should have completed class 10+2.
The candidates should have a minimum of 45% aggregate for all categories and 40% in case of SC/ST candidates.
The candidates should have studied Physics, Mathematics as compulsory subjects and any one of Chemistry/ Biology /Biotechnology/ Computer Science/ Electronics subjects
The candidates should have had English as their medium of study.
Foreign/ NRI candidates should have a valid student visa.

Application Process for B.Tech:

The application form can either be filled online or offline after the announcement.
Any discrepancies or mistakes cannot be corrected once the application form is submitted.
Candidates will have to pay the application fee for the application form to be processed.
