• The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has made the application form for Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2025 available on January 23, 2025. The registration process is open to all eligible candidates and can be done on the official website kea.kar.nic.in until February 18, 2025. The KCET 2025 examination is scheduled to take place on April 16 and 17, 2025.

• The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has opened the COMEDK UGET 2025 registration process today at comedk.org. The application process includes registration, form filling, document upload, and fee payment. Candidates must complete registration by March 15, 2025. Required documents include a scanned photograph and signature. The application is available online only. 

AMC Engineering College was established in the year 1999 under the Paramahamsa Foundation Trust and is located in Bannerghatta National park road. AMCEC Eligibility Criteria

Students must meet the minimum eligibility criteria in order to be able to apply for a course at AMCEC. Mentioned below are the eligibility criteria of the major courses offered by the college.

AMCEC BE Eligibility

• The student should have passed 2nd PUC/ 12th standard or equivalent examination with English as one of the languages and obtained 45% of marks in aggregate in Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Bio-Technology/ Computer Science/ Electronics / Biology.
• For candidates belonging to Karnataka Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and other Backward Classes (Category 1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B), the minimum marks will be 40% of marks in aggregate in the optional subjects in the qualifying examination.

AMCEC M.Tech Eligibility

• Candidates should have BE or B.Tech. degree in relevant specialization with an aggregate of 50% marks
• Students are admitted through PGCET conducted by Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum.

AMCEC MBA Eligibility

• The students should have passed the bachelor's degree with not less than 50% (rounding-off aggregate per cent is not permitted) of the marks in the aggregate of all the years of the degree examinations.
• For candidates from Karnataka belonging to SC/ ST and Category I, the aggregate per cent of marks of all the years of the qualifying examination shall not be less than 45% (rounding-off aggregate per cent is not permitted)

• A candidate must have completed a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Maths/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Computer Program/ Computer Application/ Business Mathematics from any recognized university/ institution.
