• The Karnataka PGCET 2024 second round counselling schedule is now available on the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea. Candidates who missed a seat in the first round or wish to upgrade their allotment can participate in this round. For more information and details on the process, candidates are advised to visit the official website.

November 15, 2024

• IIT Roorkee has released the GATE 2025 timetable on their official website (gate2025.iitr.ac.in). The exam will be held in two sessions over the weekends from February 1 to 16, 2025. The morning session will take place from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, while the afternoon session will be scheduled from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.​

RVCE Admission

RVCE admission 2025 will soon begin. Admission to courses like BE, M.Tech, MCA, etc., is based on exams like GATE/K PGCET/KMAT. It is based on the applicant's performance in entrance tests like KCET/ JEE Mains/ COMED-K and Senior Secondary Certificate Examination. For direct admission to RVCE, a minimum cutoff mark in the qualifying examination is required. The last date for admission will be announced on the official site as soon as the academic session starts. 

RVCE Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria for RV College courses depend on the type of course chosen. RV College Bangalore offers courses B.Tech, M.Tech, and MCA. Mentioned below are a few courses along with their eligibility criteria

B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant should have completed 10+2 with 70% aggregate marks.
• The candidate should have appeared in KCET/COMEDK.

M.Tech Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant should have a B.Tech/BE degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
• The applicant should have a valid GATE/PGCET score.

Ph.D. Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must have obtained a minimum CGPA of 6.75 out of 10/ first class in either the Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering & Technology discipline.
• Candidates pursuing an M.Tech Degree at the University who have completed the prescribed coursework in the first three semesters of study with the outstanding merit of either a minimum CGPA of 7.75 out of 10 or 70% aggregate marks and demonstrated good research aptitude should be eligible for up-gradation to M. Tech. + Ph.D. Integrated Dual Degree program, subject to approval by the Admissions Committee.

Rashtriya Vidyapeeth College of Engineering (RVCE), Bangalore, accepts various state and national level exams like KCET, COMEDK, PGCET, GATE, and KMAT for UG and PG admissions. RVCE Result
