Placements & Internships : Being one of the top colleges for Engineering in Karnataka, there are a number of companies that come by during placements in our final year. An opportunity is provided to every student that caters to their interests and specialization as most companies that come allow students from any specialization to sit for their placements. So, most of the students graduate from RV with an offer in hand.  

Academics & Faculty : A typical college day is from 9 am-5pm that may slightly vary each year. One gets to choose from a wide range of electives in their 3rd and 4th year. Having knowledgable faculty for every subject who are available to help you and mentor you is what makes this college rank at the top. 

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Although the boys hostel is built within the campus, the girls hostel is spread across multiple locations in Bangalore where one is close to the college campus and one is in Jayanagar. A college bus is provided for students living in the hostels, but the travel time could be a setback due to the Bangalore traffic. However, students from 2nd year onwards usually move to PG's that are closer to the campus. Variety of food for breakfast and lunch is available at the main canteen while you also have a small canteen for snacks at affordable rates. 

Clubs & Associations : College life at RV is easy-going and straightforward. There are cultural events and annual RV fest that happen every year where students can either be a part of the main event or be a member working behind the scenes to make the fest successful. You have different clubs and associations that you can be a part of during your time in college to learn and grow as an individual.
