RVCE Fee Structure and Courses List 2024

RVCE fees for KCET (government quota) is INR 96,574 per annum and RVCE fee structure for COMED-K (private quota) is INR 2,64,372 per annum.

The total RVCE BE fees through management quota range from INR 12 Lakhs to INR 64 Lakhs for the duration of 4 years.

Additionally, students availing of the bus facilities need to pay an amount of INR 30,000 per annum. Girl students staying in the Krishna Garden hostel accommodation should pay INR 4,250 as transportation charges.

Admission to RVCE can be classified into three categories and the fee structure varies for each.

• RVCE fees through KCET
• RVCE fees through COMED-K
• RVCE fees through management quota.

RVCE Fees Through KCET & COMED-K

An optional skill lab fee of INR 20,000 can be paid to the institution based on requirement. The RVCE fees classification is given below for the reference of the candidates.

The total RVCE BE fee for admission through KCET is INR 96,574 which includes various components like tuition fees, VTU fees, and college fees. This fee is payable to the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA).

A total fee of INR 2,64,372 should be paid for admission through COMED-K. This includes the tuition fees and college fees payable to the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMED-K).

The above fee should be paid in the form of a DD in favour of the “The Principal, RV College of Engineering” payable at Bengaluru.

• For KCET: The total fee includes a VTU fee of INR 1500 and INR 11,500 for students outside Karnataka and students outside India, respectively.
• For COMED-K: The total fee includes a VTU fee of INR 10,610, INR 12,010, and INR 22,110 for students belonging to Karnataka, outside Karnataka and outside India, respectively.

RVCE Fees Through Management Quota

The total RVCE BE fees for BE in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) is INR 64 Lakhs which includes a one-time non-refundable development fee of INR 20 Lakhs. The yearly tuition fee amounts to INR 11 Lakhs. Shown below are the RVCE fee details for various BE specializations through management quota.

• In addition to the abovementioned fee, students must pay other/miscellaneous fees amounting to INR 50,000 (approx) per year.
• The transportation and hostel fees will be released soon by the institution.

RVCE BE Eligibility Criteria for Management Quota

All students applying for RVCE BE admission should have appeared and obtained a rank in KEA/ COMED-K/ JEE Mains. More details on the eligibility criteria are given below:

• 10th Standard: Scoring a minimum of 70% in Mathematics and Science subjects separately
• 11th Standard: Scoring a minimum of 65% in Mathematics and Physics subjects separately
• 12th Standard: Scoring a minimum of 60% in Mathematics and Physics subjects separately, if the results are announced.
• Candidates who have studied outside India should apply and obtain an equivalence certificate from AIU, New Delhi.

Documents Required for RVCE BE Admission

The following documents should be mandatorily submitted by all students applying for RVCE BE admission:

• Original admission order issued by the respective examination authority (KEA/COMED-K)
• Original TC (Transfer Certificate)
• Original documents of 10th & 12th marks cards
• Students should submit the original migration certificate if they have not studied under the PU Board of Karnataka (PUC).
• Copy of student Aadhar card
• Copy of Aadhar and PAN card of parent
• 3 sets of copies of all the documents mentioned above
• 2 recent colour passport-size photographs and 1 stamp-size photograph
• Candidates who have not studied under the Indian Board should submit the equivalence certificate from AIU, New Delhi and VTU Belagavi.
