LIBRARY

• The success of any academic program depends on the facilities & services provided by the Library.

• The Library boasts of a wide collection of the latest books on all subjects related to various branches of Engineering & Technology.

• The college has well equipped spacious Library which houses 14,987 Volumes, 3545 Titles with 24 National & 24 International Journals on all relevant subjects.

• The Library also includes reference books such as subject Dictionaries, Encyclopedias & other data Hand Books & Manuals.

• It is the store house of knowledge. Being the source of information for reference & caters to the educational needs to support the process of self-learning.

• The Institute has an IEEE student chapter with over 20 periodical in the area of Electronics Communication, Computer Science, Information Science & Mechanical Engineering.

• In the recent years, the Library has been provided with Automation and Reprographic facilities. Digital Library also exists.

HOSTEL

• Presently, for the benefit of outstation students, Basavakalyana Engineering College provides boarding facilities for Boys & Girls Separately at reasonable charges.

• You have been provided home-like boarding facility.

• At the moment for the benefit of outstation students, Basavakalyan Engineering College provides boarding facilities at reasonable charges around the college Campus which are completely dedicated for the students of the College.

• A Special fleet of buses are deployed for transporting students from these residential centers to college.

• Homely vegetarian food is served to students as per their preference in these centers.

CANTEEN

• The college canteen provides food facilities to suite the taste of every person.

• The canteen provides all verities of south Indian and north Indian dishes.

• Separate service is provided to staff and students

• The college has juice parlor to serve with fresh fruit juices to the students.

• The canteen has spacious hall, clean environment with an excellent service

TRANSPORT

• The college has luxurious busses of its own, to make the journey of students to the college a comfortable affair.

• The timing of buses is scheduled flexibly to accommodate the different slots of all departments.

• Luxurious buses are arranged separately for boys and girls.
