10+2 with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) is the basic requirement to take admission in B.Tech program. Percentage required in qualifying exam is 50% for most of the engineering institutes. However required percentage criteria depend on college.

Diploma holders in the mechanical or allied stream are also eligible to take admission, in the second year of the course. They must have done their diploma after10th. In some cases, candidates having a bachelor degree in science are also eligible.

Application Procedure for B.Tech:

Bharati vidyapeeth’s college of Engineering, New Delhi is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Kashmere Gate, Delhi.

Students will be admitted on the basis of the merit obtained by them in the All India Common Entrance Test (CET) organised by GGSIPU, Delhi and the counselling session will also be conducted at GGSIPU, Delhi. For more detail visit at: www.ipu.ac.in

Out of a total number of seat, the 90% seats will be filled in by the Centralised Counselling to be conducted by GGSIP University based on its CET.

10% seats are reserved for Management Category. Admission to these 10% Reserved Management Category Seats will be done by the Management on merit as per the Instructions of the Govt. of NCT, Delhi and GGSIP Universit

Instructions to Apply online for admissions:

Candidates need to register themselves in the Admission portal.
Candidates have to fill their Personal, Educational, Work Experience, Extra Curricular, CAT score and Payment related information.
Related information can be filled by clicking the appropriate tab.
Help can be availed in each page by clicking on the instructions hyperlink.
Fill the required information as per the specified format on each page and click on "Save" to save your information. Information of the page will not get saved unless you click the "Save" button.
Enter "date of birth" by following the instructions for selecting the date of birth from the calendar.
Enter undergraduate marks semester wise. Aggregate marks will automatically be calculated by taking the average of all semesters.
CAT score should be entered immediately after the CAT result is announced. This needs to be done before the closure of online portal.
Candidates can make their payment only in online mode. For this click on "Make Payment" Tab.
Ensure that you have filled all of the required and mandatory information.
The form cannot be submitted without entering CAT score and payment details.

Admission to BTech:

Candidates interested in seeking admission in B.Tech course in the colleges has to appear in the Online off campus Counselling conducted by” Directorate of Technical Education, Madhya Pradesh The detailed schedule and updates of the counselling will be available on website and also published in leading newspapers

Admission to the B.Tech course is as per the guidelines laid down by the Government: Reservation in the seats of Counselling as per the Govt. Norms: ( 90% of Each branch).

Through Other Quota

Candidates interested in taking the admission through Other Quota seats as per the Govt. Norms required to Contact Institutes office personally.
