Bhavan's Tripura College of Science and Technology, Agartala, is a pioneering institution in the field of science and technology. At the request of the Government of Tripura, the college was established to offer specialized, non-conventional courses not available in other colleges across the state. The institution operates as a self-financing college.
Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, the parent organization, has a vast network of 119 branches across India and 9 overseas branches in countries such as Australia, Canada, Kuwait, Mexico, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, the UK, and the USA. Recognized as one of the world’s prominent educational institutions, it was founded by Kulguru Munshi, who envisioned a charitable organization to modernize education and empower the nation. The initiative began with the establishment of a Medium School in June 1984.
