• Pay the application form fees 
• Fill the application form
• Submit the required documents

Documents Required by Karnataka students:

• 10 recent passport size photographs
• Copies of marks cards
• Transfer certificate
• Character certificate
• Scorecard (For Engineering, MBA and MCA only)
• Provisional degree certificate (Postgraduate)
• Valid caste certificate (SC/ ST/ Cat.1)

Documents Required by Non-Karnataka students:

• 10 recent passport size photographs
• Copies of the marks card
• Transfer certificate
• Migration certificate
• Character certificate
• Scorecard (Engineering, MBA and MCA only)
• Provisional degree certificate (Postgraduate students)

Documents Required by Foreign Students:

• 10 recent passport size photographs
• Copies of marks cards/pass certificate
• Valid passport copy 
• Valid student visa copy

General Requirements for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Admissions 2024:

• Once the fees are paid by students will not be refunded for any reason.

• Fees must be paid for all the semesters even if students decide to leave the course.

• Documents produced and information furnished in the application is found to be false at any stage, the admission is liable to be cancelled.

• Admissions are subject to approval by the  Bangalore University / VTU / Bharathiar University.

• Candidates joining the first-semester of undergraduate/post graduate course should complete their degree within six / four years respectively from the date of joining, otherwise, they have to join the course afresh.

• Engineering students must complete the degree within eight years.

• Candidates applying for admission to MCA must complete their degree within six years.

• Candidates applying for admissions to Diploma should complete their studies within six years.

• No correspondence will be entertained against incomplete applications. 

Advance Reservation:

• Advance Reservation for admissions must be subject to fulfilment of academic and other requirements laid down by Bangalore University/ Bharathiar University/ VTU.

Change of Course:

• After the 1st semester, changing of the course is not permitted.
• For engineering students, the change is permissible as per the Regulation of VTU / Management.
