Placements & Internships : Only 3 branches i.e. Civil, IT and Environmental are present here. Placement is a bit dull here as very few companies visit here. Around 40% students are hired, but rest are also hired by other means(off-campus) because of the government tag of the college. The alumni network is very good as many students clear the GATE and the UPSC exams. This ratio is higher than most other colleges.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : You should have completed your studies up to 12th standard. You have to appear for IPUCET exam conduct by IPU for admission in its colleges. For B.Tech(Civil), the cutoff can go up to 9,000-12,000 which varies every year.
Fees & Scholarships : Per year course fee is actually the lowest among all colleges in IPU and also among several others. It is around ₹45,000 for a year. Cool right! Although the fee is very low, scholarships of up to ₹15,000 can be availed by achieving 80% and above marks in previous exams and also if you are from the financially backward section.
Academics & Faculty : Class timings are from 9:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Assignments are given from time to time. There is a mid-semester exam conducted 2 months from the start of the session and a final exam in the end. Teaching is not that good but one can definitely manage.
Clubs & Associations : The only good thing about this college is friends when it comes to bonding and enjoyment. There are several basic clubs but not that functional. PROJECTION fest is held in February which is just fine. Sports Meet and other small contests also take place
