College of Engineering Adoor Admissions
UG admissions (excluding NRI seats) are based on the All Kerala Common Entrance Examination (CEE), conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Govt. of Kerala. Eligibility for B.Tech programs is outlined by the CEE and the respective University, with details available in the Kerala prospectus. The exams take place in April. B.Tech Lateral Entry (direct admission to the third semester) is determined through an entrance exam conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education or its authorized agency (currently LBS Centre for Science and Technology). Regulated Fee Merit Seats:
- Allotment: Managed by CEE, based on the KEAM rank list
- Fees: ₹40,000 per annum
- Eligibility: 50% marks in Mathematics and 50% in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. SEBC candidates receive a 5% relaxation. SC/ST candidates need only a pass.
Merit Full Fee Seats:
- Allotment: Managed by CEE, based on the KEAM rank list
- Fees: ₹65,000 per annum
- Eligibility: 45% marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry combined.
NRI Seats:
- Allotment: Managed by IHRD
- Fees: ₹1,25,000 (CSE) / ₹1,00,000 (others) per annum, plus a ₹1,25,000 refundable deposit
- Eligibility: Candidates must be children or dependents of NRIs, with direct admission based on marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
