The exam is usually held in Hyderabad only Based on the students performance in the entrance exam and personal interview, the admissions committee makes the final selection. The selected candidates are then required to pay the admission fee and complete the formalities to secure their admission to the CAI.

Fees & Scholarships : The fee is very low when compared to other hotel management and culinary colleges, and the college also helps the students with the required documentation for the scholarship for the students who are eligible for the various scholarships schemes by the governement.
