DTU BTech Fees Structure
DTU BTech fees for 4 years BTech course is INR 11.1 Lakh. DTU fees for BTech are similar for all specialisations. Students have to pay an INR1000 one-time fee in the first year. DTU BTech Eligibility Criteria
For the DTU BTech course admission, students have to fulfil the DTU eligibility requirements, which are:
- Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects from a recognised board.
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks in PCM required (55% for SC/ST/PwD candidates from the Delhi region or reserved categories).
- A valid JEE Main score is mandatory.
- Candidates appearing for Class 12 are also eligible, subject to meeting the percentage criteria upon result declaration.
DTU BTech Admission Process 2026
DTU B.Tech admission is based on the national-level entrance exam JEE Main rank followed by centralized counselling conducted by the Joint Admission Committee (JAC) Delhi.
