Mission of DIET is not to educate the students but to develop professional competence, academic excellence & capabilities in students so as to make best use of their intrinsic potential. Hence DIET conducts seminars, English Speaking Course, Group discussion and provides essential advance courses so that they could achieve placement. As the members of the management committee are closely associated with software companies both in India and Aboard, we do not apprehend any problem in proper placement of our students, More over Institute emphasis on the over all personality development. In this regard Institute introduced cultural and social welfare scheme as National Service (NSS) in the college.

Getting a good job and to match up with today's corporate world requires a lot more than curriculum knowledge. Keeping this in mind a dedicated Training & Placement cell is established to assist, advice and train the student and empowering them to corporate requirements.

Cell aims to help students for their career options by arranging lots of information on employment, personality development, soft skills including individual counseling. Cell regularly conducts career guidance programmes, employability enhancement training, personality development programme.

Cell undertakes series of lecture session, group discussion, seminars and workshops to prepare resumes & other interview requirements so as to make up the core competencies of the individual.
