Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology (GJUS&T), Hisar, established on October 20, 1995, by the Haryana state legislature, focuses on emerging areas like technology, pharmacy, environmental studies, non-conventional energy, and management. GJUST: Highlights 

GJU was established in 1995 by an act of the legislature of the State of Haryana. The University is approved by the UGC and the AICTE. It is a member of the AIU and is accredited by the NAAC Grade ‘A’. GJU offers several UG, PG, PG diploma, diploma, and PhD programs under 10 faculties. GJUST admissions are conducted through both merit and entrance-based selection. The university organizes its own entrance exams to shortlist candidates for various undergraduate and postgraduate courses. In addition, GJUST accepts national-level entrance exams like JEE Main, CAT, and others for specific courses. The university offers more than 50 UG and PG programs across diverse fields such as Engineering, Management, Science, and Arts, both on-campus and through affiliated colleges. Additionally, GJUST has a Directorate of Distance Education, offering UG and PG courses through distance learning.

Admission Process:

1. Go to the official website of the university at http://www.gjust.ac.in/.
2. Click on the ‘Apply Online’ tab on the homepage.
3. New candidates must register by providing the required basic details and agreeing to the terms and conditions. To register, click on "New Candidate Registration."
4. After registration, a Unique ID and password will be sent to the candidate's registered mobile number.
5. Log in using the reference number and password provided.
6. Complete the application form with accurate details and upload the scanned copies of your photograph and signature.
7. Pay the application fee (INR 1000 for General Category and INR 250 for Reserved Categories) through Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking, then submit the application form.

GJUST: Scholarship

1. Merit Scholarship – Top-performing students will receive a scholarship of INR 7,000 per year.
2. Merit-cum-Means Scholarship – Awarded to top students whose family income is up to INR 1.50 lakh per year. The scholarship amount is INR 7,000 per year.
3. GATE/GPAT Scholarship – Students who qualify for GATE/GPAT in M.Tech and M.Pharm programs, as approved by AICTE, will receive a monthly scholarship of INR 12,400.
4. POSE Scholarship – Awarded to merit-based students, offering INR 4,000 per month for B.Sc. students and INR 6,000 per month for M.Sc. students.
5. Post-Matric Scholarship for SC Students (UTD) – SC students with a parental income of up to INR 2.50 lakh will receive a full fee waiver and maintenance allowance as per government rates.
6. Post-Matric Scholarship for SC Students (DDE) – SC students in the Directorate of Distance Education, with a parental income not exceeding INR 2.50 lakh, will have all non-refundable fees waived.

GJUST: Cutoff

GJU Cutoff 2024 has been released for B.Tech admission based on HSTES. The students who are seeking admission to the institute are required to meet the cutoff criteria of the institute. The cutoff marks will be determined based on factors like the number of applicants appearing for the entrance exam, the difficulty level of the paper, the previous year's cutoff marks, the number of seats available, etc.

GJUST: Result

Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar publishes the GJU results of its B.Tech, M.Tech, BA, MA, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Com, M.Com, and various courses on the GJU official website. The university releases the result notification, including the names and roll numbers of the candidates, and entrance results on the GJU examination portal for all subjects. The GJU distance students can check their GJU results by entering their roll number and phone number.

The GJU result 2024 has been declared for the regular and re-appear exams of the 2023 session (UG/PG/Diploma courses). A candidate requires a minimum score of 40% to pass the examination. There are exams for improvement, re-appearing and mercy chances in case of unsatisfactory results. The university provides a revaluation facility to those who wish to improve their marks.
