Fees & Scholarships : The fess of one semester is INR 64000 which is high as compared to another government institute.
Academics & Faculty : The staff is lazy and teachers don't give much attention to the students. There is no fixed daily routine.

Placements & Internships : The students after Bsc can apply for JRF examination and pursue master's degree. They can also opt for an MBA in Agribusiness. Horticulture graduates are hired in many public and private sectors as HEO's, HDO's, ADO, AEO SMS, food inspector, seed inspector. One can also apply for agricultural officers in banks and other financial institutions. If one opts for Masters Degree after the completion of Ph.D. one can become Scientist and work in the university itself and can also be promoted to become a professor in the respective field.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : 5 hostel boys and 5 hostel girls.INR 6500 per month. Good pg in 20 km range. Good food and 50 per meal. Good quality infrastructure, fairly enough room for all students, labs are good, the library is the best, dining hall average and wifi available.
Clubs & Associations : Csa, swa but no political clubs. Sports meet, carnival, each festival is celebrated, management is fair. Good life on the campus with the availability of good education and infrastructure.
