Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Solan was established in 2010 by the Maharishi Markandeshwar University Trust. In the year 2010, the academics of the university started. The university has ample space spread over an area of 47 acres of land surrounded by green hills. MMU Solan Admission

MMU Solan offers admission in Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and PG Diploma degrees in Medical courses with various specializations. The admission process for all the courses is processed depending on the candidates' eligibility and the selection process in which the NEET-UG entrance exam has a major role.

• They have to pay registration fees of INR 1600/-  for General and INR 800/- for SC/ST.
• Candidates who are applying for MBBS courses should have completed 17 years of age and the upper age limit is 25 years on the date of examination. 

MMU Solan Eligibility Criteria

MMU Solan has specific criteria to be fulfilled by the students to get admission. Following is a list of the courses and the eligibility criteria provided by the institute

MBBS Eligibility Criteria

• Applicant should have passed 12th in physics, chemistry, biology/ biotechnology, and mathematics with the English subject of an aggregate of 50%. And also they must have a decent score on the NEET-UG entrance exam scorecard.

B.Sc Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant should have passed 10 +2 with physics, chemistry, and biology with a minimum of 45% aggregate in order to get admission in this field.

Diploma Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have cleared the 12th examination or equivalent with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as the main subjects from any of the recognized universities. The minimum percentage requirement for general candidates is 50% while candidates belonging to SC/ ST categories must have scored at least 45% aggregate.

M.Sc Eligibility Criteria

• He/ She must have passed MBBS/ BDS/ BAMS/ BHMS/ B. Sc nursing with a minimum of 50% marks for the admission procedure.
