For admission to Maharishi Markandeshwar University, the applicant should have passed 10+2 standard from a recognized Board/University with at least five subjects including English as one of the main subjects.
B.Sc. (NURSING)
For admission to Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Solan the candidates should be of minimum 17 years of age as on the date of the age of admission. The candidates should have passed the 10+2 from any recognized Board/University with minimum aggregate marks of 45% for general candidates & 40% in case of SC/ST in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. The applicant should have passed with minimum 50% marks for general candidates (45% for reserved category) in aggregate in B.Tech/BE in Electronics & Communication Engg./ Electronics & Telecommunication Engg./ Electronics Engg/ Electrical Engg/ Electrical & Electronics Engg./ Applied Electronics & Instrumentation Engg./ Electronics Instrumentation & Control Engg/ Instrumentation & Control Engg/ Instrumentation Engg./ Control Engg./ Mechatronics/ Bio-Electronics Engg./ Bio-Medical Engg. or M.Sc in Electronic Science/ Physics or its equivalent examination from a recognized University.
The Admission will be undertaken on the basis of valid GATE score/qualifying examinations.
He/She will attain a minimum age of 17 years as on the date of admission.
The applicant should have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent with at least five subjects from a recognized Board/University with minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together for general candidates (45% for candidates with Locomotive Disability).
He/She must be placed in the merit list prepared as a result of this Competitive Entrance Test by securing at least 50% marks for general candidates (45% for candidates with locomotive disability of lower limbs).
The candidate must produce a Medical Fitness Certificate from a Medical Board constituted/ approved by the Principal, M.M. Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Mullana.
