The eligibility criteria for certain popular courses at Dravidian University are:

Application Procedure for UG Course Admissions:

• Candidates seeking admission can obtain the application forms and prospectus from the Office of the Dean, Academic Affairs, Dravidian University.
• Candidates seeking admission can also download the application form from the university website 
• Those who download the application form must enclose a DD of Rs.300/- (for general/BC category) and Rs. 200/- (for SC/ST/Differently Abled candidates) drawn from any nationalised Bank (preferably Andhra Bank) in favour of the Registrar, Dravidian University, Kuppam, payable at Andhra Bank, Dravidian University Branch, Kuppam - 0001539.
• The candidate must choose the course they seek admission for. Registration fee once paid will not be refunded or readjusted to any other program.
• Full tuition fee will be refunded if any student cancels his/her admission before the commencement of classes. Only 75% of the full tuition fee of that year will be refunded if the student cancels his/her admissions after the commencement of classes, even if the student discontinues in the first year or second year of the course.

The cutoff for various courses at Dravidian University are not predetermined. It is determined after considering a number of factors. The criteria to determine the cutoffs are:

• The number of applications received for a particular course.
• The number of seats available.
• The performance of the candidates in the entrance test.
• The difficulty of the entrance test.

• There are separate Hostels for men and women on the Dravidian University Campus.
• All women students will be provided with accommodation.
• There is limited accommodation for men.
• All the students hailing from more than 20 k.m. radius of Dravidian University are eligible for Hostel Accommodation.
• The students will be provided on campus residence based on the distance between their hometown and university and availability of accommodation.
