Eligibility Criteria for B.Sc

• Candidates must have passed the 12th examination of 10+2 system of education.
• Candidate should have studied English as a compulsory subject.
• Candidate must have scored at least 50% marks in 10+2 examination.
• 45% marks is required for SC and ST category candidates.

Eligibility Criteria for M.Sc

• Candidate must have a graduation in B.Sc. or any other examination recognized by Panjab University.
• Candidate must have scored at least 50% aggregate marks

Application Process for B.Sc, M.Sc

• Online application forms will be available on the website.
• Each applicant will generate an id and use the same id for the entire application process.
• Applicants have to fill a separate form for each course.
• Each online form submitted should include set of uploaded certificates, photographs and set of documents
• If the online form is complete in all aspects, will be accepted after verification.
• A confirmation SMS for the same will be sent to the registered mobile number.
• Deficiency/ mistakes in the application will also ve sent through SMS.
• Candidates will have to correct the mistakes and resubmit the online application
• Take a print out of the finished application form. Candidate must produce this at the time of counseling.

Guideline for Filling Application Form

• The applicant can apply for admission online only.
• There is no offline mode to submit the application form.
• Do not leave any fields blank. Write NA if not applicable.
• All the required documents must be uploaded.
• Do not use abbreviations. Eg: Write Central Board of Secondary Education, not CBSE.
• The application form must be submitted before the last date.

Payment of Application Fee

• Candidates have to deposit the fees on the same day of counseling in E-Samparkcentres across Chandigarh through Cash/Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking.

Admission Process for B.Sc, M.Sc

• The merit will be calculated on the aggregate marks/percentage in the qualifying examination.
• The merit list will be displayed on the college notice board one day prior to the date of counseling.
• No individual intimation will be given.
• Candidates must report to the college office at 9:00 a.m. on the day of counseling.
• The seats will be filled as per the merit list.
• Students disqualified by any University / Board shall not be admitted.
• All the original documents must be brought during counseling for verification.
• Concealment of the facts/ false information/ forgery in the Admission form will directly lead to cancellation of the admission.
• Candidates must also have a hard/ soft copy of the Application Form.
