The University Institute of Engineering and Technology is an engineering and management institute of Panjab University, Chandigarh, India and it was established in the year 2002, offering undergraduate, postgraduate (Dual Degree) B.Tech + MBA, M.Tech degree as well as doctoral courses.

The institute is affiliated with the All India Council for Technical Education. University Institute of Engineering and Technology Admissions

It is based on past academic merit and scores in qualifying examinations. Admissions will be made on the basis of JEE (Main). There will be three rounds of online counselling accompanied by one last SPOT round of online counselling. Only registered candidates will be able to participate in these rounds of counselling. Likewise, M.Tech admissions are allowed on the basis of GATe scores.
