Eligibility Criteria at Hindustan Institute of Technology and Management, Agra:

Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech:

• All the candidates seeking admission in the institution should have passed [10+2] examination through state board or any other of its equivalents with a minimum aggregate of 45% of marks along with Physics, chemistry/biotechnology, and mathematics as the mandatory subjects.
• For all the SC/ST candidates a relaxation of 5% on the minimum aggregate is allowed.

Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech :

• All the candidates should have a bachelor's degree in any discipline obtained through the 10+2+4 system or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 55% or equivalent CGPA(along with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology as the mandatory subjects) of any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India.
• For all the SC/ST candidates a relaxation of 5% on the minimum aggregate is allowed

Application process for B.Tech,M.Tech,Diploma:

STEP 1: Application form

Application forms are available at the following addresses.

The application can be obtained by remitting a fee of Rs. 1000 in cash at any of our offices or by sending a Demand Draft (DD) for Rs. 1050/- in the name of the college applied for and payable at Agra.

STEP 2: Online application

•  Candidates who apply online through Sharda Group’s website will be routed for self-application form.
• Once you have successfully filled the application form, the system will generate a unique ID & Password (Numeric) which will be candidate’s unique identification number throughout the admission process.
• An auto generated email will be sent to the candidate’s email id, containing the following information viz., Welcome note & Unique ID.

Admission process B.Tech,M.Tech,Diploma:

STEP 1: Aptitude test.

• On the designated date of Aptitude Test, the student may appear for an Admission Test at our Central Admission Cell and shortlisted candidates would have to follow the procedure detailed above and secure admission.
• The aptitude test is 60 minutes which assess the problem-solving ability, analytical skills, and the language proficiency of the candidates.
• The test is conducted for all courses at Agra – Mathura Campuses and other admission offices detailed above.
• The merit would be declared on the same day and shortlisted candidates would be granted admission on the same day post personal interview based on the assessment parameter.

STEP 2: Selection

The selected candidates can register by remitting a fee of RS 30,000/- through cash /DD  at any of the above-mentioned offices.

STEP 3: Joining 

Selected aspirants would have to report at Central Admission Cell: SGI Towers, 500mts from Bhagwan Talkies, towards Mathura on Agra – Mathura Highway (NH-2) Agra – 282005. and remit the remaining amount and take the admission.
