The ICFAI conducts the IBSAT, a standardised entrance exam, for candidates seeking admission to various IBS institutes across the nation. There are no discounts on the application fee or any benefits provided to students from different categories for enrolment at IBS Jaipur. 

Recently, IBS has extended the deadline for admissions under the IBS- exempted category. A micro presentation round has been introduced in place of the general group discussion rounds as a part of the IBS selection process. The candidates are offered an opportunity to showcase their communication skills and analytical abilities.

The candidates are assigned a topic by selecting a number between 1 to 100.  A one-minute preparation time is given and they need to deliver a 3-minute presentation. The candidates have to present before a batch of 9 to 11 fellow candidates. Also, two-panel members are there to judge the presentation.

IBS Jaipur PGPM is a two-year postgraduate management program with a total academic fee of INR 8.01 Lakh.

IBS Jaipur PGPM Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the IBS Jaipur PGPM program are given below:

• Graduation (in any field) with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognized university or institute.
• Candidates must also have taken English courses during their graduation.
• All applicants should have completed at least 15 years of study (10+2+3 or 10+2+4).
• Students who are in their last year of a bachelor's degree program are eligible to apply as well, provided they meet the graduation requirements by May 31, 2025. The admission will be conditional unless students submit transcripts of grades and degree certificates attesting to their eligibility. November 1, 2025, is the deadline for submitting graduation-related paperwork.

IBS Jaipur PGPM Selection Process

Step 1: Entrance Exam

• Interested candidates must appear for the entrance exam CAT/XAT/GMAT or NMAT. 
• Based on the score of these exams, applicants will be exempted from IBSAT.

Step 2: Fill out the application

• The IBS institute application form must be completed by candidates. All IBS institutes use the common application form, which students must complete with their preferred institute.
• The application forms can be obtained online or at any of the nation's IBS offices.
• Applicants who do not meet the minimum GMAT or CAT score requirements must take the IBSAT.
• Every year, IBS provides free National Mock Tests (NMT) to students to aid in their IBSAT preparation. The test is open to all Indian applicants seeking managerial positions, and the top scores will get prizes totalling INR 10,000. Step 3: Personal Interaction

• Candidates are invited for a face-to-face interview based on their academic records and entrance exam results.
• The IBS Hyderabad campus in Hyderabad is scheduled to host this operation from February 15–24, 2025.
• The selection procedure includes a micro presentation and a face-to-face interview.
