• The aspirant should have completed 10+2 with PCM with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks.
• The candidate should have qualified in JEE Mains.

• For M.Tech, the aspirant should have a BE/B.Tech degree in the relevant discipline with at least 55% aggregate marks.
• The candidate should have qualified in GATE.
