Founded in 2007, Poornima Institute of Engineering and Technology (PIET) in Jaipur is affiliated with RTU, recognised by UGC, and accredited by NAAC and NBA. Approved by AICTE, it holds the 3rd rank among 116 RTU colleges under the QIV Framework. The Centre for Electronic Governance will conduct REAP 2024 for B.Tech admissions through two streams: JEE Main 2024 and Class 12 marks. Candidates must complete the application process by the last week of June.

Counselling Rounds

• Round I: For out-of-state, Ex-servicemen, and PwD candidates.
• Round II: For candidates from Rajasthan.
• Round III: For upward movement; a special round will be held if there are vacant seats.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Entrance Exam: JEE Main 2024 or Class 12 exam.
2. Academic Qualifications:
• 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics (for CSE, IT, AI, ECE, Electrical, Civil) or Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (for Mechanical).
• Minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved categories).
• Alternatively, a Diploma in Engineering with 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) if lateral entry vacancies exist.
3. Medical Fitness: Candidates must meet medical standards and provide a fitness certificate.

• 70-79.99%: 70%

Terms and Conditions

• Scholarships are based on availability and Poornima’s guidelines.
• To maintain the scholarship, students must meet CGPA requirements (RTU theory papers) and have no backlogs.

Annual Fees

• Students scoring ≥50% in XII (Best 5 subjects) will pay 50% of tuition and development fees, along with the accreditation fee.

Eligibility Criteria

• Available for Electronics & Communication and Electrical Engineering branches.
• Open to students who passed XII in 2023 or 2024.
• Students receiving other scholarships are not eligible.

AICTE Scholarships

• Pragati Scholarships for girls and Saksham Scholarships for boys to promote women’s empowerment and support students in Science and Technology.
