The Indian Aerospace and Engineering, [IAE] Mumbai gives students the necessary practical training on live aircraft and their systems. An Aircraft Maintenance Engineer is the sole person responsible for the proper functioning of the aircraft, according to the standard set by the International Civil Aviation body. Practical knowledge is very important and to work as an AME, the student has to pass the test conducted by the DGCA.
