DY Patil University, Navi Mumbai was established in 2002 to provide quality education of high learning and health services in India. Admission 2022-23 is in the process for various UG & PG courses and will be based on the entrance exams like NEET UG & NEET PG relevant to the particular schools of the University which include the departments of Medicine, Nursing, and Biotechnology.

The institute has a strong vision, to impart and disseminate knowledge, develop competencies, and also provide for Research and Development. The main focus of the University is ‘Learner Centric’. Padmashree Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Navi Mumbai admission 2022-23 are ongoing for many courses. And for some courses, they are completed. The selection for admission is purely based on the merit scores of the candidates obtained in various entrance exams like NEET UG, NEET PG, JEE, GATE, CAT, DYPCET & NATA, etc. The candidate should qualify for the entrance exam for the relevant courses which are mentioned in the eligibility criteria.

DY Patil University Eligibility Criteria

DY Patil University has set certain eligibility criteria for the final shortlisting of the candidates to put in the best students with qualities and to build and nurtured them to be future professionals, leaders, experts, etc. Some of the courses with their eligibility criteria are mentioned below

M.B.B.S Eligibility Criteria

• The candidates must have passed 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology with at least 50% marks.
• Selection will be done on the basis of the NEET UG scores.

BDS Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate must complete 12th or (10+2 Equivalent) with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English for UR & 40% for SC/ST/OBC.
• Selection criteria would be based on NEET UG marks.

BBA Eligibility Criteria 

• Candidate must have Passed Higher Secondary School (10+2) or an equivalent examination with a minimum of 45% marks
• The candidate must appear and clear the DYPCET exam.

There are around 6 affiliate & constituent colleges to the university and NEET Cutoff will be determined based on the reservation categories and the seats available in each of these affiliated colleges. Candidates applying for BDS and MBBS courses are required to qualify in NEET UG to seek admission.
